Position Description This is an administrative support position that reports directly to the Branch Manager in the branch The role is there to render sales support and administration to the financial advisers and works closely with the Admin Support Consultant Key Responsibilities Output Core Tasks Client appointment and liaison including determining the client needs from Key Account questionnaire and follow-up on leads referrals Assist financial advisers with background preparation for client appointments Provide quotes and building recommendation presentations Undertake preliminary financial analysis calculations Submission of new business Compile weekly reports on outstanding premiums lapses and replacements Team cohesiveness and relationship building by building productive relationships with advisers sales management and alliance departments SFA SKY Minimum Requirements Qualifications Grade 12 An industry related qualification will be a strong recommendation Experience 3 years experience in financial distribution services Strong financial advice related and administration experience 2 3 years Personal Attributes Skills Sound telephone etiquette Customer service orientated Attention to detail Problem solver Able to work independently and plan schedule work effectively Team player Communication and relationship building Competencies Managing work Gaining commitment Information gathering Concern for accuracy Communication Problem solving Building customer loyalty Results driven Building and maintain relationships Team success Treating customers fairly
