**Our client based in Johannesburg is looking to employ a Sales Support Front-Desk and Admin to join their team.**
**Requirements**:
- Matric/equivalent
- Computer literate - proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Customer Service driven.
- Experience in either sales/ sales administration, customer service/ relations or Call
Centre.
- Team player, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in more than 1 official South African
Language (Afrikaans an advantage).
- Clear disciplinary record.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Front Desk Reception_
- Professionally receiving customers and visitors at reception. Must be well presented.
- Strong guest liaison and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and friendly person with a positive attitude
- Continually improving customer service value offering at the front line.
- Reception/Front Desk training will be provided from time-to-time to ensure the latest offerings/standards are implemented and upheld.
- Exceptional, accurate multi-tasking, including strict organizational skills required.
- Professional upkeeping of the general reception area.
- Master Data maintenance (e.G. prospects etc)
- Switchboard Operator_
- Accurate and timely answering, screening and forwarding of telephone calls to the correct departments.
- Excellent phone skills including message taking and relaying to all parties.
- Track, monitor and report reasons for calls not answered internally.
- Track and monitor turn-around time for feedback on queries and complaints.
- Switchboard/Contact Centre training will be provided from time-to-time to ensure the latest offerings/standards are implemented and upheld.
- Be able to cope under pressure.
