Sales Support

We have the ambition to further accelerate our growth and strengthen our leading position on the market. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer orientated Sales Support Representative. The sales support team is part of the Sales Team and operating across South Africa.
**The role will include**:
- To actively participate and process the day to day Sales Office transactions as a member of a team together with other team members, in an appropriate and effective manner, to the procedures and deadline of the Company.
- Build and maintain good relationship with Customers and Colleagues (Internal and External) in an efficient manner.
- To facilitate the progress of any relevant order through quotations for the replacement devices for customers- Check data accuracy on contracts and invoices and credit notes
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Support account management of existing accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management
- Attend to all customer invoice queries
- Monitor and liaise with customers who have missed payments and ensure that accounts are settled
**Who are you ?**
There is no set route to become Sales Support. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
- Minimum 2 years of customer experience in a support role
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to balance multiple areas of responsibility as well requests from multiple sources
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service
- Able to work independently and able to work within in team
- Able to follow up with KPI
- Exceptional English and Afrikaans written and verbal communication skills
