Responsibilities include creating new products and services, spearheading new markets, creating processes to engage with audience dynamically, targeting, acquiring and retaining customers, run with the brands digital strategy, business assessments in terms of paid, owned and earned media strengths, utilise multiple channels like website/blog, social media, online reviews, etc to create brand awareness, customer preferences and trust along with maintaining digital dashboards of several different accounts whilst coordinating with sales teams to create marketing campaigns.
