The Faircape Group with it s head office in Claremont is an established and well known player in the property industry We are looking for a Junior HR Officer to support the HR team by being responsible for the administrative recording tracking monitoring and co-ordinating the employee life cycle within the Faircape Group The ideal candidate would be a strong administrator a confident self motivated individual who consistently strives for excellence The successful candidate will be required to manage a high volume workload have the ability to manage their own time and work to deadlines The successful candidate will join a successful well established company working with an energetic and fast moving team If you would like to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where opportunities are endless then apply today Duties will include but are not limited to Employee Life cycle Schedule track and record induction and orientation of all newly appointed new starters Scheduling monitoring and tracking of probation reviews for new starter Updating the company Organogram Updating all HR logs and systems with any new starters or leavers Schedule and track exit Interviews Provide HR support to all employees Filing and scanning of internal HR documentation Manage HR trackers Management of leave administration Administration of training records Ad hoc HR administration HR Support and Admin Provide HR support to all employees Filing and scanning of internal HR documentation Manage HR trackers Keep record of uniform issues Keep tracing sheet updated Management of leave administration Administration of training records Ad hoc HR administration Requirements Qualification Matric Undergraduate diploma in administration or HR related studies Experience and Knowledge 2-3 years experience in providing HR administration support advantageous Knowledge of relevant labour legislation in relation to HR administration BCEA LRA SDA Advantageous Knowledge and experience using all MS Office application Skills and Attributes Computer literate Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships Excellent administrative and organisational skills Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently Attention to detail Exhibit the highest level of confidentiality Specific Requirements Clear health record Clear credit record No criminal record Contactable references Benefits Salary on offer from R23 000 cost to company per month Should you not receive a response within 2 weeks of applying please consider your application unsuccessful
