Senior Specialist, Product Management, Loyalty Solutions
Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for product management support for loyalty rewards &
offers for South Africa
- Support/manage the queries related to rewards &
offers program changes/updates/adding new functionalities.
- Proactively work with the divisions to address new opportunity related to rewards &
offers programs.
- Analyze existing systems/operational products and models, internally and externally, to identify features issues/gaps and propose new improvements or areas of action.
- Develop and measure regional product performance through a data-driven, KPI-based framework.
- Take shared responsibility for growing the revenue and earnings of the Loyalty Solutions business in Europe through effective and continually improving product management processes for rewards products.
- Ensure global best practices for rewards/offers are fully and consistently applied across the EEMEA Loyalty Solutions and Divisions.
- Ensure relevant processes are followed to ensure quality and compliance
- Vendor management
- Support new product / new market readiness activities across the region.
- Partner with divisional and global teams to advocate for new products developments

- Strong business partnering / relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of products management and how it works - ability to articulate complex messages simply
- Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
- Organization / project management - need to be able to keep track &
manage multiple activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to different audiences, from low-level technical resources to customer leads.
- Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners.
