**Your main function** is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership.
**Requirements**:
- Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 3 years.
- **Specific brand experience is preferred but not a must**:
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Automate / Drive. Keyloop
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
- Clear criminal record
- Valid driver's license
**Salary**:
**Package includes Basic Salary (negotiable based on current / last) + Incentives + Medical aid and provident fund contributions.**
