Deluxe Laser and Spa is a 5* Aesthetic Spa situated in Tamboorskloof. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work in a super modern &
high-end spa in the beautiful Cloud 9 hotel.
We offer skin and body treatments using the most advanced FDA approved technology. Our retail and professional products are internationally renowned, including Dr Grandel, Skin Affair, Environ, Nimue and QMS Medicosmetics

**Education/Experience**:
- At least 3+ years working experience as a manager/senior therapist in 5* spa or aesthetic environment.
- CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or CIBTAC qualification
- Retail driven individual.
- Previous cruise ship experience advantageous
- Previous experience with an aesthetic doctor advantageous

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to head office
- Welcoming all clients in a friendly manner
- Delivering 5* service to all clients
- Upselling and retailing to every client
- Working as a team to achieve monthly targets
- Manage all admin duties
- Meeting deadlines set out by head office
