**_ Position Purpose:

- This role is the business process owner accountable for the development, designing and implementation of TPT programs
In support of changing and enhancing the Safety Culture at all terminals. Oversee the terminal specific strategies and action
Plans to ensure active participation from the terminals, monitor and track effectiveness of the initiatives and identify
Improvements required to be made to achieve the stated organisational safety culture objectives.

Managers, interacts and communicates with external contractors who are engaged to undertake works on behalf of TPT and

Operational Safety
- Work Safety Management Framework
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of the TPT’s Workplace, Health and Safety and Injury Management
Program.
- Coach and mentor TPT Employees in a collaborative and positive manner, regarding the implementation of the
Organisation's procedures, work practices behavioural safety programs and principles.
- Work with line management to ensure that all workers are advised of, and have ready access to, Standard Operating
Procedures, workplace safety policies, procedures, and processes.
- Monitor, coach, and mentor staff to ensure that legal requirements met to undertake specific activities or operate equipment
E.G. licences, permits, registrations, certificate of competency, insurance.
- Work with change managers to communicate changes to the company’s SHE policies to the organisation.
- Ensure methods to reduce SHE risks through hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control measures (utilising the
Hierarchy of Controls) are being used in all operations.
- Assist with, participate in the development of on-boarding of high-risk job profiles and follow up on employees and
Contractor induction programs, and organise employee training to drive behaviour change as required.
- Work with, coach and assist management and training of employees to ensure that SHE Commitment are lived and kept
Alive throughout all levels of the business.
- Support and assist managers, team leaders/supervisors with the analysis of near miss, Safety behaviour observation and
Deep compliance audit outcomes and root causes to ensure proactive risk management.
- Lead and conduct root cause analysis quarterly review of all incidents in line with managing risks associated with high
Hazard activities and high-risk equipment and establish processes for de-linking high-risk personnel form high risk jobs.
- Drive enforcement programs, monitor and track compliance to Life Saving Rules.
Risk Management
- Implement an Operational Risk Assessment Capability Program in line with TIMS Methodology for Operational Risk
Management to drive and ensure implementation of an effective Operational Risk Management Process within the terminal;

Provision of training to RA Multi Teams, Line Management, Risk Owners, and various terminal stakeholders. Drive and
Monitor a program to ensure that risk mitigation implemented are effective to control risks identified. Monitor and track and
Report on all progress of SHEQ risk management programs including the creation of the top 10 Operational Risk Register.
