**purpose**:
- To provide guidance in the implementation, installation, configuration and testing of system software on all relevant mainframes to code and automate tasks that optimise processing aligned to business requirements**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Preferred Qualification - Control M/O/R certification
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
- Additional Knowledge - FNB mainframe and distribution
- Control M / O / R software
- JCL Advantageous
- Prior batch scheduling or software equivalent
- Programme/Batch monitoring
- Troubleshooting and analysis protocol
- Monitoring and command centre knowledge
- Data processing
- Infrastructure knowledge
- Operating systems knowledge
