Capfin would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the Talent Acquisition Manager position The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while planning developing and overseeing the talent acquisition processes As part of a dynamic team the Talent Acquisition Manager will develop innovative and competitive recruitment strategies and implement and deliver on strategic priorities delivering a high level of service to internal and external customers Key Performance Areas Development of Recruitment Strategy Responsible for development and implementation of the Recruitment strategy including job posting optimization acquisition channel development digital and non-digital employment marketing recruitment campaign planning etc Formulates best practice sourcing innovative talent acquisition and selection techniques and practices Researches and recommends strategies to promote the employer brand Develops graduate and internship recruiting programs Develops innovative methods of improving customer experience candidate quality process and efficiency Utilises data to improve recruiting efficiency drive innovation and influence hiring decisions Management of Recruitment Processes Designs and delivers effective talent attraction resourcing and planning practices and processes Responsible for the recruitment and selection for senior positions Manages the recruitment process and lifecycle including initial assessments interviews and offers Develops and maintains Talent Acquisition practices and Internal referral practices Manages all recruitment related queries within the turnaround time Ensures quality consistency and application of recruitment policies procedures and best practice Continuous reviewing of the recruitment processes and procedures with a view to recommend and establish a full candidate life-cycle best practice Provides a high-level recruitment services to management and ensures that the candidate experience with Capfin is positive Manages multiple candidate channels Ensures recruitment targets are met according to resources forecast plan Monitors staffing requirements Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations Promotes and ensures the optimised utilisation of social media platforms Identifies opportunities for recruitment automation workflows Develops reviews and maintains recruitment policies and procedures Recruitment Forecast Management Creates strong understanding of workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines Works closely with relevant stakeholders to update and maintain recruitment forecast Feeds workforce planning headcount into the planned budget Assists HR Managers with Employment Equity recruitment plan in line with planned budgeted headcount Manages and monitors recruitment against planned forecasted headcount budget Recruitment Budget Management Develops plans and prepares annual recruitment budget Tracks recruitment budget Monitors and tracks staff requisitions against budget requirements Ensures accurate and timely payment of invoices Manage recruitment requirements with contact centre managers weekly and provide guidance on the forecast plan Reviews and checks all invoices received from recruitment agencies for final sign off by People Support Manager Manages recruitment costs Stakeholder management Develops agreed resourcing and recruitment service levels with management Negotiates placement rates with agencies Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and HR Managers Practitioners with hiring and employment data Ensures compliance with Capfin Recruitment SOP Meets and liaise with relevant agencies timeously and discuss job specifications when required Ensures all queries from Agencies and candidates are dealt with timeously accurately and ensuring quality of resolution Ensures agencies adhere to Capfin s SLA Ensures that sustainable partnerships are built with the business partners service providers networking partners potential applicants and institutions Ensures continuous and clear communication with all relevant role players Assists with company branding utilising media educational resources online resources and publications Networks with internal and external stakeholders Reviews and updates preferred service provider database annually and appoints new service providers Analysis Reporting Assists with analysis and evaluation of the recruitment process Provides monthly reports to track best recruitment sources Compiles weekly monthly and ad hoc recruitment reports Updates recruitment trackers and plans Improves and updates recruitment templates and documentation Participates and assists with ad hoc cross departmental People Support projects People Management Builds and enhances the Talent Acquisition team s capability and performance outcomes Ensures that the Company values are embedded and reflected in the behaviour of the Talent Acquisition team Responsible for the recruitment development and retention of the Talent Acquisition team Ensures that all performance contracting and individual development plans or all team members are completed Prepares and conducts bi-annual performance reviews with team members Qualifications HR National Diploma or HR related Degree Experience Minimum of 8 years experience in recruitment corporate or recruitment agency environment Minimum of 3 years management experience Experience in dealing with Middle and Senior Managers Experience in building a strong TA network in the market with agencies networking breakfast workshops etc Functional Competencies Solid knowledge on social media recruitment methodologies Knowledge and understanding of South Africa s talent landscape including emerging trends innovative sourcing application of best practice talent acquisition relevant legislation Strong knowledge around competitive recruitment practices and methodologies Knowledge of and exposure to HR information system Recruitment systems MS Office Behavioural Competencies Ability to think strategically and innovatively Strong problem-solving skills Proven negotiation skills Adhering to Principles and Values Building and Maintaining Key Relationships Resilience Working under pressure Excellent planning and organising skills Quality and detail orientation
