Tax Administrator, Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

**We are seeking a Tax Administrator, for a permanent role based in Cape Town, Western Cape.**
**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:
- Grade 12 with a related professional qualification;
membership of an accounting / tax body preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in tax practice and accounting role
- Valid drivers and experience with Great Soft software ideal
- Must be fluent in English &
Afrikaans
- Ample opportunities for career advancement
**The** successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Complete full spectrum of Tax Returns
- File provisional IT returns and ensure all clients are tax compliant
- Handle reconciliations &
additional returns / queries
- Compile NOO and NOA and responses for tax audits
- Obtain Tax Clearance Certificates including foreign investments
- Assist with tax compromises &
deferments
- Negotiate / arrange payment plans with SARS
- Maintain internal controls and provide tax insights for AFS
- Participate in CPD training in tax / related fields
- Optionally - present tax training sessions to clients
**Salary:
R23 000.00 - R26 000.00 per month dependent on experience**
