Team Leader Financial Advisory Services

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Client Services Specialists based in Florida, reporting into the Service Manager of our Wealth division.
The main purpose of this position is to Manage a team of Client Service Specialists that provides the support service for the Wealth Managers. This involves the overseeing of the preparations and the sign off and submission to providers. It also involves the managing of the reputational risk associated with complaints and assisting the team members with complex problems and to ensure the team provides the highest standards of client service and handle each case in a speedy and professional manner.
You will have full responsibility for the control and supervision of the Client Services Team in Florida inclusive of:
- Ensuring work preparation is completed and that submission are made to Providers.
- Monitor workflow and workload.
- Manage staff presentism and absenteeism.
- Effective chasing of business pipeline through to zeroed business.
- Chasing internal compliance requirements to facilitate and speed up sign off.
- Assist existing team members with complex business processes.
- Resolving technical and complex problems, especially in support of administrative queries / issues.
- Dealing with escalated client queries or complaints and resolving issues to completion.
- Report weekly to the Service Manager and adhere to the requests.
- Grade 12
- Regulatory Exam 5 or any other educational programs (NQF/COB) associated with wealth management.
- 6 years’ experience within the financial advisory industry compulsory.
- 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a similar environment.
- Prior work experience in client servicing or clear evidence of strong administration skills and handling of multiple workflows is essential.
**Salary**:
R20,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month
