My client, clothing and eveningwear garment manufacturing business based in Randburg is looking for a qualified and highly experienced eveningwear garment seamstress/machinist to join their team.
Reading of specs and understanding technical patterns
Cleaning specialized garments
Pin and fit alterations with good customer communication skills, and customer service.
Skillful in accurately marking and measuring garments requiring tailoring
Alterations of evening wear quickly and accurately including straps, darts, hems, cups, corseted backs, adornments and embellishments, etc.
Booking of garments and receiving them back into stock
Sewing room stock management with an indepth knowledge of all sewing room supplies.
