Purpose of the role:
- The Telesales Agent’s purpose is direct marketing of both print and online products to new and existing customers from Government, Corporate and Professional markets.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Revenue
- Achieve sales targets by medium
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline that is reflected in CRM.
- Maintain required call rate
- Call on existing clients as well as develop new business
- Source own leads
- Sell based on campaigns as required
- Resolve customer queries
- Assist with collections as required
- Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Report to the Telesales Senior Supervisor regarding invoiced sales, pipeline, campaigns
- Record all customer interaction on CRM

- Matric
- Complete or partial tertiary qualification is essential, preferably in the areas of law, HR or financial services
- Proven telephonic selling experience is an advantage
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience.
