**Hatfield, Pretoria:
ATTORNEY (THIRD PARTY CLAIMS)**
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Presentable and professional
- Afrikaans and English first &
second languages **a must** (Afr &
Eng client base)
- Matric / Grade 12
- LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney **a must**
- 3 to 5 years post admission Litigation experience, **specifically **in Personal Injury Claims and Third Party Claims (against RAF) **a must**
- PRASA Claims experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicable personal injury and RAF legislation essential
- Independently functional in litigation process, from handling of claim submission to High Court trials
- Computer literate
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Stable employment record and contactable References
**Duties**:
- Third Party Claims against Road Accident Fund, Personal Injury Claims and PRASA Claims
- Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation
- Drafting legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
- General attorney duties
**Salary:
Negotiable depending on relevant post admission experience**
