Their clients include pension funds, central banks, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, foundations, financial advisers and individual investors.Job description:
Exciting role in a dynamic team focusing on the ongoing management/monitoring of existing private market portfolios, in collaboration with various internal teams (included but not limited to investment management, legal, compliance and fund accounting).Core responsibilities:
Act as contact point for all waivers, consents and amendments on relevant private market portfolio companies (covers infrastructure, credit, private equity and real estate)Provide analysis of requests, synthesise relevant information and co-ordinate internal approvals/response to portfolio companies, keeping a record for audit/reporting purposesSource, aggregate and present relevant reportable information in format required by fund committees/boards, investors and managementMonitor performance of portfolio companies against tracked covenants and obligations to provide financial/other information,flagging risks as appropriateReview key information provided by portfolio companies to assess any material change in circumstancesManage completion of conditions precedent, in advance of disbursement of fundsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with the investment and other internal teams, facility agents and portfolio companiesAdditional responsibilities:
Complete KYC on relevant portfolio companies, liaising with various teams to understand the relevant corporate structure and retrieving outstanding documentsEnsure funds are appropriately onboarded with facility agents in advance of investmentTechnical Knowledge and Experience:
B. Com LLB Degree or equivalent qualification3-5 years relevant work experience as a law firm associate or equivalent at a bank, accounting firm, development finance institution or asset managerSystem Skills:
