KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Ensure compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and that all policies

Spreadsheet to be checkedEnsure
Deductions are done for stock loss, money shortages, staff loans and accountsEnsure
Documentation completed and authorised for all staff loans/advancesWeekly
And monthly payments to be accurately loaded on Sage pay with the correct
Release dateMonthly
Payroll reports to be sent before the end of the month to the Assistant Accountant
And Financial ManagerReports
For monthly EMP201 submission to be submitted in the first week of the new month
Before the 7thMonthly
UIF declaration to be submitted.Ensure
Monthly employment tax incentive ETI is claimed for eligible employeesCompletion
Of mid year tax submissions due end of /Completion
Of full year tax submissions due end of /Preparation
Of annual workmen-s compensation submission, ensure invoice iscorrect
And payment done timeouslyAnnual
