**Web Chat Consultant**
We are looking for an individual who are energetic, self-managed, self-motivated, target driven and passionate about onboarding new customers via digital and electronic communication channels.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Matric
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
- FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage
EXPERIENCE &
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience in similar role where your primary method of engagement is electronic or digitally.
- Must have 2 - 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role where you are required to warm and influence prospective customers to purchase.
- Must have excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple chats and engagements simultaneously within specific tight time frames.
- Must have 2 - 3 years’ sound insurance industry knowledge and experience in selling and/ or marketing life products (Life Insurance, Funeral, Accidental Cover etc.)
- Individuals must have a successful and proven sales track record.
- Must have an excellent ability to influence and overcome objections successfully.
- Must have own or reliable transport, will be required to work later shifts.
- Computer literate, excellent Excel skills required

COMPENSATION AND CONTRACT
- The position will be contact initially with an option to go permanent
- The salary structure will be a basic plus commission based on the successful warming of leads and conversion and inception.
